• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EXAMBURST™ MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ExamBurst™ is a supplemental study aid. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in a passing score on any certification or licensing exam.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXAMBURST™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
